Depending on experience, this role can make at least $18 - $25 an hour, plus benefits.

Candidates for this role should have:

• Worked as a Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist for a licensed contractor.

• Thorough knowledge of accounting.

• Thorough knowledge of Quick Books.

• Clean background and Drug free.

• Fluency in English. Bilingual is a plus.

What Will You Do?

First off, you will commit to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Always.

This role will be focused on accounting, playing a critical role in responding to customers and the Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric team.

You will:

• Engage, oversee, and entry of our daily data for our A/R and A/P.

• Assist the Accounting Manager in setting and following our budget.

• Help prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Assist in and analyze monthly bank reconciliations.

• Assist in the preparation of and review weekly and monthly A/R and A/P cash flow.
